We prohibit any attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary scoring models, scraping data through unauthorized automated scripts, or bypassing security perimeters designed to protect the collective mycelium of our user base.

You agree not to introduce malicious code, "spores" of misinformation, or heavy-load queries that intentionally degrade the performance of our HCM City-hosted infrastructure.

Intellectual Soil: Ownership

The visualizations, algorithms, and unique data interpretations provided are the exclusive property of Salivv Data Insights. While you retain ownership of the raw data "seeds" you provide for analysis, the synthesis and structural architecture generated by our platform remain under our legal canopy.

Reproduction of our methodology for third-party commercial resale is strictly prohibited.
Usage of the Salivv logo or branding requires explicit written consent from our District 1 office.

No refund or liability persists beyond the termination of these terms except as required by local Vietnamese regulation.
